We can work collaboratively with you to offer a bespoke workshop for your group at the herb garden. We are a social enterprise so all profits are reinvested back into our community work.

Our workshops are designed around sharing knowledge about herbs and teaching you how to use herbs to support your wellbeing. From herb garden tours, seasonal medicine making workshops and talks, we can work with your group to offer a creative and inspiring experience. As we are an outdoor space our workshops also involve connecting to nature and the plants. We can also offer a catered seasonal lunch using seasonal ingredients inspired by the herbs growing in the garden.

We can also travel to you and offer bespoke herbal workshops, using vibrant fresh or dried herbs from the garden.

Sample workshops

  • Tea tastings, a walk around the garden meeting different herbs using our senses, making a seasonal remedy

  • A mystery herbal tea tasting ceremony with fresh herbs from the garden, picking herbs and learning how to make a herbal infusion, herbal tea blending workshop, go home with your own bespoke herbal tea blends

  • Depending on the season we will learn how to make a number of different seasonal remedies. Harvesting herbs from the garden and making them in our outdoor kitchen. Go home with recipes and handouts. Spring - infused vinegars and tonics. Summer: infused oils and balms. Autumn: oxymels, syrups and winter tonics.

  • Learn about the world of culinary herbs and how to use herbs in food to stay healthy. Get to know different culinary herbs in the garden and cook an inspiring lunch together.

We have offered bespoke workshops, tours and days out for local community groups, organisations and private businesses.
