Join me in welcoming the autumn season. As the days begin to grow darker and the weather cools, let’s gather in circle to explore the medicine, magic and folklore of seasonal plants as we shift into the darker part of the year. Reaching into the themes of descent, transition, grief and decay, we will cover herbs, food, kitchen medicine, story, spice and folklore as ways to ground into and support us through the season.
We will explore autumn folklore, stories, myth and poetry to help guide us into the darker part of the year
We will discuss how plants and ritual can support us in letting go into autumn
Get to know seasonal plant allies, learn about their medicinal virtues and how we can weave them into our lives through healing recipes
We will taste and sip on teas, chai and broth and learn how to blend herbs and spices to make strong medicinal and delicious brews that will help keep us warm and well over the colder months
There will be time to share and reflect
Go home with remedies that you have made, alongside recipes to try and make at home
